Throughout the whole order process this person was super nice, and kept me really well informed as to how things were going. To say this was probably the nicest experience I've had when placing an order is an definitely understatement!

The most AMAZING plushie I have ever owned! The communication was amazing and she was very helpful on making sure everything was how I wanted. Makes a great movie buddy or Pillow. Andrea Libman (US voice of fluttershy/pinkie pie) was very impressed by this design. GET ONE!!

Definitely worth it. We ordered a Cadance plush and the crown/necklace/boots were vital to the look we wanted. They were of equal quality to the plush itself and made Cadance look exactly how we expected. A must if you want a pony that wears anything.

Incredible work. When it arrived we couldn't stop looking over it. The attention to detail was amazing and I was very pleased with how sturdy and durable it was. She took the time to look up the accessories and make sure that the hair and coloring was perfect. And I was very impressed with how soon she got it finished. We love it and hope she keeps her shop running so we can get more.

I love custom orders! If you see something here that you like, but would like it a little differently, please feel free to convo me and I'll do all I can to work with you! All my work is done by me alone, and I take great care in making well crafted items.

If you have any questions regarding anything about my shop, policies, or an item you've seen, convo me and I'll be happy to answer them all!

If you are ordering a custom My Little Pony plushie, please note that the clothing and accessories are an additional cost. However, if the pony you are ordering has an accessory that they are rarely, if ever, shown without (ie. Applejack and her hat, Octavia and her bow) the accessory is discounted. Please let me know if you would like one of those ponies, or if you have a question about one, and I can't make you a custom listing (or answer your question!). Thank you!

Payment
I accept paypal, credit cards and gift cards, and all items will be shipped after payment is received. No sales tax is charged. Don't have a paypal account? No problem, after going through the purchase, find the link that says "don't have a paypal account" and it will lead you to an etsy/paypal screen where you can pay there. I do appreciate prompt payment on custom orders, and it will get your items shipped faster.

I reserve the right to cancel a sale and relist the item if it has not been paid for within 24 hours of time of sale.
Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS priority mail or first class unless otherwise stated. If you wish to have it shipped another way, feel free to convo me and we'll discuss other options. I always include delivery confirmation.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with the item you have received, please convo me and I'll do my best to solve the issue. I am not responsible for damaged products due to mishandling or misuse. Refunds are accepted as long as item is returned within 7 days of initial shipping date. Exceptions may be made in certain circumstances, convo me if you have any questions.
