One thing's for sure about our site - you won't see yourself coming and going in our beautiful, carefully curated merchandise!
My two sisters and I shop almost daily the still-open and newly reopened stores in and around the Cincinnati, OH area and when one of us ventures out into the world we shop there, too! We work hard to keep our inventory fresh and bountiful for you to choose from; if there's something in particular you're looking for - let us know!
We thank our customers for shopping with us and look forward to serving your concerns. We are honored to be part of your lives and wish you good health, now and in the future.
The following answers are some we give to frequently asked questions:
When do I get my order?
We are currently sending our orders from our Cincinnati shop, meaning the average delivery time lies between 3 and 10 business days. There are postal delays due to the impacts of covid-19 and consequently carriers are dealing with limited employee availability. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to delivering our products to you within the estimated delivery time. If you haven't received your order yet, we kindly ask for your patience. We will look into your orders and help solve any delivery issues in a short time matter.
I received a tracking number, but it is not working.
It may take some time for the tracking numbers to work.
I received wrong/unsatisfactory item.
Please send us a picture of item along with the short description and the order number, so we can review the error. Keep in mind it is your responsibility to ask about sizing of the vintage item if it is not clear in the posting; we cannot accept returns because something does not fit.
When buying vintage clothes online, one should measure with a tape measure and measure a similar garment to see if the new garment falls within the measurements that are given in the description. You shouldn't look at the measurements and assume those are your own measurements and it'll fit. All garments need to be a few inches larger than one’s own body measurements for a good fit. This is important!
IN GENERAL VINTAGE GARMENTS ARE SMALLER THAN MODERN GARMENTS.
All vintage items are just that: VINTAGE AND NOT NEW.
Like us, they may show some imperfections, wear, patina and use because of age; we mark most items "Excellent" because that's how they appear to us when we process them (washing, ironing, measuring hanging and shipping) but please note we MAY miss an occasional hole in fine lace, a tiny seam tear or a spot here or there. We say again, our items are vintage - like us! If the imperfection you may find makes the garment truly untenable for you contact us and we'll make arrangements for the garment's exchange.

WE HAVE CHANGED OUR RESERVE POLICY Things may be reserved for up to thirty days with a $10 deposit and up to 5 days for free. If you reserve an item during a sale event the sale price will be honored as long as you purchase the item within THREE (3) days of the sale's ending. Deposits are nonrefundable.

AN EASY LAYAWAY PLAN IS AVAILABLE FOR MOST ITEMS
All items are wrapped with an eye to protecting the item in shipping. No item will ever be sent wrinkled and care will be taken in our packaging to you. Our shop is pet, perfume and smoke-free and most items are freshly laundered before shipping, unless for reasons noted (old stock w/ tags, etc.)
All shipping costs are yours, as per Etsy policy.
Items are shipped parcel post, priority or first class depending on the weight, destination & what the item is at seller’s discretion.
Shipping charges do not include insurance and we STRONGLY RECOMMEND purchasing insurance for all items you consider irreplaceable. Contact us before buying and we can add insurance charges onto your invoice.

Vintage article sizing may/sometimes run smaller than modern day sizing. If you have questions about a garment's fittings, ask before purchasing.
Care instructions
All our garments are washed before sending unless they have original tags or require dry cleaning only and in those instances they are dryer heat-treated.
