•~Our care~•
•All items are shipped from a town on the edge of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. (US)

•All items will generally arrive sealed in plastic inside a box, shipping bag, or bubble envelope to ensure safety on our end for their travel. Depending on the fragility of the item it shall be wrapped in bubble wrap or padding too.

•All items have a 7 -business day- shipping period. Generally we try to ship as fast as possible as seen in our reviews. Shipping method does not change this day grace period, however we will do our best to get it shipped fast. We are not prime lol.

•Generally orders will be shipped on weekends.

•If there is a tariff / tax on an international order, buyer is responsible for said fee

Most items in shop are of used or once owned nature. (We’re a vintage shop) All Items are handpicked and quality assured. Pictures show all, text tells everything.

Oh no! Was there a problem with your order? Please message us as soon as possible to discuss. We’re always looking to improve.

•If you are unhappy with your item you may return it within 1 week from the delivered date, however shipping cost is not included with refund.

•Item must be returned to us in order to be refunded.

•Items labeled Clearance/Sale are not Refundable/Returnable

•If the item was Damaged/Lost during shipping:
No worries! We cover all items free of charge!

•Shipping cost is not refundable in return both ways. (Once an order is checked into USPS, label is considered used and no longer refundable.)

•We have no control over stolen parcels. Once it states it's delivered, it's out of our hands. - See Fraud Prevention

Mail Fraud is a felony. If you are caught participating in fraudulent activity you will be reported immediately.

•Due to previous actions from Etsy shoppers /neglectful Postal Workers, pictures are taken of all orders before they are shipped out in order to assure they were perfect before leaving our care.

•Stolen Parcel•
Although unfortunate, we are not responsible for stolen packages once the tracking number states they are delivered. We suggest contacting your local postal service in regards to your packages location. Sometimes orders say they are delivered, but arrive a day or two later. Refund is still null.

•Refund•
In order to be refunded. Item must be shipped back to us. Once we receive the item, you will receive your refund.

Let us know as soon as possible to see if its a fixable error on our end.

•Wrong Address•
No problem! Just message us before we ship the item. If the item has already been shipped please contact us immediately. This will delay and possibly cancel your order. If the order gets canceled the item will be refunded but not shipping.

•Lost/Damaged•
If item is lost or damaged in the mail please email us immediately. However we are not responsible for items once they arrive at USPS. See "Returning an Item" for more info.

•Cancellations•
If you cancel your order after its shipped. You will be charged a $15 fee. That is USPS's fee.

•Wrong size•
We do list a size chart with all of our garments to prevent this. Please see chart to save the hassle.

Orders over $35 : All orders over the price of $35 will have free shipping. (US only)

Orders labeled as free shipping that are under $35 will not have free shipping.
