Can I get something custom made?
Absolutely! Just send me a message and we can talk about details.
What are the care instructions for banners?
They can be ironed on medium to high heat. Just to be safe, please iron only the non-printed side of the banner! Steam and small amounts of water can help smooth out creases.
Do you wholesale?
Yes; if you are interested in purchasing wholesale just contact me and I can send you a line sheet. I would love to hear from you!
What is your return policy?
All pre-designed banners can be returned within 14 days of delivery for either refund or exchange. It must be postmarked within that time frame, and any shipping costs must be paid by the customer (unless we have discussed otherwise). Custom orders are not eligible for return. Once I receive your order, I'll issue a refund ASAP!
How long will it take to ship my order?
Processing time for normal orders is 3-5 business days, and 1-2 weeks for custom orders. However, I'm happy to work with your needs if I can! If you need your order by a particular day, just send me a message and we can talk about your options.
