Care instructions
Although the items can look cute and playful, these are not toys. Many of our items are assembled by hand with aquarium safe glue, so please handle them with care.
Occasionally, a piece can fall off (especially during shipment). You can simply use superglue to put it back into place. Make sure to wait 24 hours to give it time to dry and cure before placing the item into the aquarium or habitat.
Can I return or exchange items?
Because our products are 3D printed and made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the product arrives broken, please provide photos of the broken item with the shipping packaging in one frame. We will immediately ship out a new one or issue a refund (your choice).
Some products may be returnable, especially newly released items that aren't customized. If it's returnable, it would be stated in the product description.
If you feel the item you received is not at all like what you expected, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best make sure you are fully satisfied!
What material are your products made from?
Our aquarium products are 3D printed using PLA (polylactic acid), a material widely used in freshwater aquariums. It is stable under normal aquarium conditions and does not leach harmful chemicals.
You may have seen other materials like PETG mentioned elsewhere. PETG is a stronger, more heat-resistant plastic often used for outdoor or high-stress applications. For aquarium décor and accessories, those properties are typically not necessary, which is why we use PLA.
