What is the turnaround time?
Knitted art is ready within 3-7 business days.
Do you except cancellations and returns?
I allow cancellations for knitted pieces up to 6 hours after purchase.
Instant download items don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact me about any problems with your order.
Custom products do not accept returns, and all purchases are final.
Can I use the illustration for my business?
All illustrations are for personal use only. Contact me if you want it for business purposes.
How do I display my knitted sign?
You can hang it using small nails or clear command hooks. I love displaying it on a shelf or a peg rail.
Do you ship worldwide and how long should it take to receive my order?
Yes I ship worldwide!
For the United States, Canada, and Europe the delivery time is typically within 5-21 business days.
For Australia, the delivery time is typically within 7-28 business days.
I also offer express delivery which takes typically between 2-7 business days.
Please note that International orders can take longer during Holidays and busy times. Unfortunately, I have no control over the delays. Customers are responsible for paying any customs charges or fees that may be incurred.
