A Dress Designer Who Went Rogue with Glycerin
Hi, I'm Anna — welcome to my little world of things that look too real to be soap!
Before soap, there were wedding gowns. For many years I designed and made bridal and evening wear — my own atelier, my own patterns, hundreds of brides. That school never leaves you: when you've spent years making sure a seam falls perfectly and a silhouette tells a story, you simply can't make things carelessly anymore. The materials changed — silk and lace became glycerin and fragrance — but the hands and the standards stayed the same.
Every soap here starts with the real thing. My hot dog molds were cast from an actual bun and sausage: my potatoes, steaks, and dentures all began as real objects on my worktable. That's why grandpas try to eat them and guests are afraid to wash their hands. I mix my own fragrance blends too — if a scent doesn't convince ME, it doesn't go on the shelf.
I believe a gift should do something a regular present can't: make a person laugh out loud, do a double-take, call you immediately. That reaction — that's what I'm really making. The soap is just how it's delivered.
Thank you for stopping by — and if you have a custom idea, write to me. The strangest requests usually turn into my best work. 💚
