My name is Robert, and I rent out vacation apartments in the Bavarian Forest myself, and have been an Airbnb Superhost since 2022. In my daily work, I've noticed that most templates for landlords are either in English, don't comply with the regulations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, or are so complicated that you end up abandoning them after a week.
That's why I build the tools I use myself and make them available here as templates: from a financial dashboard with tourist tax and VAT to a welcome folder for your guests. All in German, ready to use immediately, and no subscription required.
