Buyers are responsible for verifying the address on file before they place the order. We will ship the items to the exact address listed. If you wish to change your address, you MUST call us before we pull your order. 817-952-3404. We will change it if we can, but if we have already pulled/shipped your order there will be no changes available. Convos will not be checked in time to make an address change.
USPS standard shipping is usually 2-7 days in the US (longer if sent outside the US). If you need your items sooner, use the FASTER or FASTEST upgrade option at checkout. Customers outside the U.S., you need to plan for 1-8 weeks for delivery.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING for any order, no matter the size or weight. So load up those shopping carts :-)
We do not combine separate orders, so be sure to place all items on one order.

We love custom and personalized orders! We laser engrave on wood, acrylic, stainless steel, etc. And any of our laser wood and acrylic items can be resized upon request (additional charges may apply). Convo for details.

None of our products are intended to be used for children.
As with ALL costume jewelry, treat your beads, charms, and findings gently. Don't expose to pools, oceans, or other water sources. Keep away from cosmetics, lotions, perfumes, excessive sweating, etc.

Flat rate shipping on ALL orders! So fill your cart with as much as you want for one low shipping price.
Shipping upgrades are available as you check out (USA only).
We process orders fast! So we aren't able to cancel your order after you check out. And we can't combine your orders after you check out. If you want flat rate shipping, just check out with ALL items at one time. Multiple orders will be charged multiple shipping fees and will be shipped separately.

May I return merchandise I bought from SmartParts?
Yes, if you return whole, unopened, unused packages within 14 days after receipt. We cannot accept partially used products or partial bags returned. For example, if you order a bag of 10 horseshoe charms (1 lot), you must return all 10 charms. We cannot accept less than a complete package.
Where is my package?
SmartParts sends a tracking number with every shipment directly to your email that's listed on your Etsy invoice. Please check this link first. Then contact your local post office. Then convo us if you still have a problem finding your package.
Where's my package? No movement on tracking.
Your package is in a sort center locally. Please follow the tracking assigned by USPS on your email. It's usually accurate. Most domestic packages take 1-5 business days for delivery. Please contact us if your package has not arrived in 14 business days and we can suggest a few ideas to help you remedy the situation.
My package says delivered but it's not in my mailbox. What can I do now?
First ask everyone in your household. If not, check your front door, neighbors, apartment offices, then your mailman/post office.
I just checked out and I did not change my old address. Is there time to change it?
Convo us directly asap.
Convos will not be seen in time to make an address change! We have a tight deadline for mail pickup so all orders can go out the same day.
Be sure to update your Etsy account at the same time to avoid future problems.
If you're too late, your package will be shipped as ordered (as we have no way to know if addresses are in error). You can either wait for its return and pay to reship or reorder again with the correct address and we'll refund on the other's return.
