My name is Adrien, and I spent over ten years working as an art director in an agency. I learned two things there: creating is powerful… but creating without structure is exhausting. Between deadlines, projects, and the desire to move forward, I myself experienced stress, mental overload, and the feeling of running without progressing.

So I started creating my own systems: sheets, checklists, templates… real mental crutches that helped me regain clarity, motivation and a healthier rhythm.
Very quickly, my entrepreneurial friends asked me for the same tools. Then clients. Then an entire community on Threads.

This is how SmartWorkArt was born: a shop dedicated to people who want to move forward serenely, better organize themselves, accomplish their projects... without sacrificing their mental health.

Every printable and template I design follows the same rule:

I create everything from my workshop in Compiègne: research, design, structure, optimization. My goal is clear: to help you work smarter, find inner peace, and build the version of yourself you're proud of.

Je m’appelle Adrien et j’ai passé plus de dix ans en agence comme directeur artistique. J’y ai appris deux choses : créer, c’est puissant… mais créer sans structure, ça épuise. Entre les deadlines, les projets et les envies d’avancer, j’ai moi-même connu le stress, le mental saturé et l’impression de courir sans progresser.

Alors j’ai commencé à créer mes propres systèmes : des fiches, des checklists, des templates… de vraies béquilles mentales qui m’ont aidé à retrouver de la clarté, de la motivation et un rythme plus sain.
Très vite, des amis entrepreneurs m’ont demandé les mêmes outils. Puis des clients. Puis une communauté entière sur Threads.

C’est comme ça qu’est née SmartWorkArt : une boutique dédiée aux personnes qui veulent avancer sereinement, mieux s’organiser, accomplir leurs projets… sans sacrifier leur santé mentale.

Chaque printable et template que je conçois suit la même règle :

Je crée tout depuis mon atelier à Compiègne : recherche, design, structure, optimisation. Mon objectif est clair : t’aider à travailler plus intelligemment, retrouver du calme intérieur et construire la version de toi dont tu es fier.

Si mes outils peuvent t’aider à gagner du temps, clarifier tes priorités ou simplement souffler… alors ma mission est accomplie. 🔥
