DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
All items in this shop are digital files and do not require shipping. Files will be available to download within minutes once payment is confirmed. A link for your download will be sent to the email address you have associated with your account and you can also find your downloadable items under You -> Purchases & Reviews.
Accessing Your Purchased Templates (for Jettemplate templates)
- Check your email
Just minutes after placing an order with a JetTemplate seller, an email (from JetTemplate) with an access link will be sent to you. This email will be sent to the attached email address of the order. Clicking the access link will take you to a page where your account details will need to be confirmed and your account password set.
The email is generally sent within a few minutes.
- What if this email address is not accessible to you?
If you do not have access to the order-related email address, we have an alternate solution way to obtain your purchased templates.
- Why do you need a JetTemplate account?
You need an account to save your work and later return to your templates.
I don't have access to my email (for Jettemplate templates)
You may have placed an order, but you may have had an old email or an incorrect email attached to the order or you may no longer connected to that email.
That's all right, there's still a way to access the templates you've purchased. Just message me for the problem. I will fix it up!
