5 out of 5 starsThis chain lets me wear my old hoodies in fun and interesting ways, and the chain itself eye-catching. Seller went above and beyond by delivering the package in-person -- that's super sweet. I'd love to see other metal options in the future.

1 out of 5 starsThe item arrived on time. The issue is that I was pushed into choosing a ring size before I could place my order. There were no other choices to make. I chose what I thought I was supposed to choose. The item was a Christmas gift and when opened there were not two toggles (one for each end). It only had the toggle on one end, so it can’t be attached to a shoe or sweatshirt. My daughter contacted the seller to see if it could be fixed if she returned it. The seller said no, there was nothing he could do and my daughter would have to buy another one that had the correct toggles on the end. He refused to exchange the incorrect item for the product I thought I’d order. Very disappointed there was not an attempt to resolve the issue, just buy another one. Buyers beware! To clarify for our community, all of our Stringz and chains require the customer to choose a hardware clasp at checkout (including various toggle and ring-clasp sizes) to ensure the piece fits your application needs. I’m so glad we were able to connect and ship the toggle-clasps free of charge to ensure the gift is fully functional and ready for your daughter to wear! A feature we are very proud of is that every piece is interchangeable and the different clasps can be switched on/off! I apologize for any confusion regarding the hardware selection at checkout—we always want the customization process to be as clear as possible… and have visual guides on each product page for added clarity.
