2 of the items arrived broken and the seller told me to claim the broken items with USPS and then re-buy from her shop.... this was poor shipping and customer service and I was not satisfied at all so re- ordered a similar item from another shop.

Hi Julianne, I'm so sorry you had an issue with the shipping. As discussed with you via message, our store policy is to offer $100 insurance on all gifts which you can claim directly with the shipper at anytime. Unfortunately, you are unwilling to go through with the claim. We cannot take responsibility for shipping errors as your gift left our offices in perfect condition. It was the shippers mishandling of the package that caused the issue. You can find our shipping policy prior to purchase in the FAQ's as well as in the post-shipment email we send out to all customers. We are a small business and care about each and every one of our gifts. I'm truly sorry you had an issue with shipping. We did our best to help mitigate the situation including offering you a discount for the replacements.

Are items handpainted or etched?
No. All items are made with premium permanent vinyl and are made to last.
Are items dishwasher safe?
Unfortunately, no. We include a recommended care card in each items with instructions on how to care for your item.
What happens if USPS mishandles my item?
We include $100 USPS insurance with all of our items. If the item arrives with an issue, you can claim up to $100 directly with them.
