What do I need to place an order?
You just need your image(s) along with the desired image sizes and quantities! Once, we have that information, we can give you a quote.
Turnaround time?
Our standard processing time is 1-4 business days. We also offer Next Day processing which guarantees 1 business day processing when placed before 12pm PST and Same Day processing which guarantees, you guessed it, Same Day processing when placed before 10am PST.
Standard USPS Priority mail shipping is 1-4 business days with the option to upgrade at checkout using USPS Priority Mail Express shipping which is 1-2 business days.
How do I know what size sheet to buy?
When you are purchasing our transfer sheets, you are paying for the space on the sheet which means you can put anything you'd like in that space. Whether that is just a single image or a gang sheet, it can be done.
If you decide to gang the image yourself, please leave 0.5" of space in between each image and 0.25" around the borders.
Where can I send my images?
You can send the images to smoothprints.shop@yahoo.com! If you've already placed an order, please include the order number in the subject line. If an order isn't yet placed, please put "IMAGE REQUEST" in the subject line.
How many images can fit on a gang sheet?
That totally depends on the desired quantity and sizes of the image(s). We are happy to assist you in getting a quote once we receive the necessary information.
