In order to receive a refund, you must contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in original, unworn condition and returned within 7 days of delivery date. If an item arrives damaged, the item must be returned in order to receive a replacement or refund. Shipping & Return Shipping Fees are never refundable.

Also, please make sure to verify that your "ship to" address is correct before you place your order. I will not be responsible for orders returned to me for an incorrect or undeliverable address, etc. To have your order reshipped once it is returned to me, you will need to make arrangements with me to pay for reshipping of your order. I will not refund merchandise or shipping costs on returned items

Flat Rate Shipping of $5.99! Pay shipping on your first item, and everything else in your order ships along with it at no additional cost! We ship USPS Ground Advantage, or you can upgrade to Priority Mail at checkout. Heavier items like Displays and Pliers have additional shipping costs.

Most orders will ship out within 3-4 business days and are sent via USPS Ground Advantage. If an item is on back order we will notify you within 48 hours of ordering, so you may choose another item or receive a refund. Sometimes, an order can be packed and ready to ship within minutes of receipt, so once the order has been processed no changes can be made.

Wear & Care of Fashion Jewelry
•Fashion jewelry base metals can be Alloy, Zinc, Copper, Silver and/or Rhodium Plated. As with all fashion jewelry, tarnishing may naturally occur over time
•Do not use jewelry cleaners or other chemicals, as these products will strip the finish on your jewelry causing permanent damage.
•Limit exposing your jewelry to water or sweating – do not shower, swim or work out with your jewelry. Be careful when washing hands and exposing jewelry to water, perfume or lotion.
•To clean your jewelry, use a dry polishing cloth to gently wipe them.
•When not wearing your jewelry, store in an airtight ziplock baggie.

With only a few base jewelry pieces and an assortment of snap buttons, you can easily change the look of your jewelry to match any outfit, express your individual style, mood, or suit any occasion...the customizing possibilities are endless! There are two sizes of snap jewelry: Petite/Minis 12mm, and Standard 18-20mm. We carry both lines and each item is clearly marked, so be sure to check listings. They are also compatible with the more pricey lines offered by GingerSnaps, Magnolia & Vine, Nugz, and others.

To remove the snap from the jewelry base, simply place your fingernail or pick tool (we sell those too!) under the first rim of the snap. Do not pull from the top decorative area of the snap or from the jewelry base, as this will cause damage to your snap and/or jewelry base. The snap will detach from the base easily and will be ready to be replaced with a new design.

We do not recommend our jewelry or snaps for young children. All items we offer can be a choking hazard.
