The only thing is what that shipping didn't arrived as expected. It was like a 2 wks delay and no update status or communication from seller unless I reached out. Overall I gave it a 5 stars because it was truly worth the wait. Thank you

When will I recieve my order?
Print time + Shipping time = Arrival time. Our production time is usually between 7-10 business days for most items unless otherwise stated in the description. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude all weekends and holidays. Day 1 is the NEXT business day after you've ordered. All items are made to order unless otherwise stated in the description.
Care instructions
All items are to be cleaned with care. Washables should be washed inside out, cool water and hang dry if possible. If not possible then low heat tumble.
Drinkables are hand wash only. Please do NOT soak any epoxy finished item as it may erode the finish.
How long does shipping take?
You have options at checkout as to which shipping service you would like. Once your package is picked up by USPS or dropped off at a USPS, we no longer have any control of it. Please track your package carefully. ****We do print labels ahead of actual ship time as we prepare for pickups by the carriers so there may be a day in between when the label was created and when it shows movement.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We currently do not offer exchanges for sizing issues because we make everything to order and do not have the option to resell your returned item. We provide details about fit and size charts in every description to assist with getting the right size. Should you find that you've not selected the right size please reach out and we will advise you of any options for remedy we may have.
