Orders typically require 1-3 business days to process and ship depending on the product. Please check the individual listing for more details. For Domestic orders, we recommend that you order AT LEAST 14 days in advance of your event. For international orders, we recommend that you order at least 45 days in advance of your event.

We offer free shipping (USPS Parcel Select Ground) for U.S orders over $35 for physical items (Digital items does not applied for this promotion). Delays have happened in random areas at random times. Please plan your orders accordingly. Sniff Kiss Alpaca has zero control over mail services and therefore can not offer a refund due to late packages not arriving by Etsy estimated delivery dates. Any order that is sent back to seller will require the buyer to pay to reship the item. Free shipping only applies to the first shipment. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I see a preview of the stickers after shipped?
No, we ONLY offer digital proof(s) upon you purchased the Digital Proof Service before the item is shipped.
Refund, Return, Replacement
No returns or refunds. However, if you discover any errors, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Please be aware that the window for filing a replacement claim closes after 14 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to send a replacement beyond this timeframe.
Why I don't see any updated information on the Tracking page?
Sometimes (rarely) USPS only shows scan times close to or after delivery.
I did not receive my order.
Delivery Timeframe:
There are many different reasons for the mail to be delayed. We kindly request your patience and recommend allowing an additional 5 business days after the estimated delivery date before taking further action.
Package Not Found:
If your package hasn't been located and it has been more than 24 hours since the status was marked as 'delivered,' we encourage you to reach out to us promptly. Our team is here to help facilitate the process of submitting a service request with USPS on your behalf. Please be aware that we regretfully cannot provide assistance beyond 7 days from the delivery date. Therefore, it's crucial to contact us as soon as possible if you are still experiencing issues with
Will I get a proof with my order?

I discovered a (printing) error, what should I do?
We quality check all of our labels prior to shipping to minimize the probably of any error, but sometimes (rarely) they occur. If the error is our fault, we will refund your order or send you a new set of labels.
The laminate film (top clear layer) is peeling off the sticker after dishwashing (or hand washing). What should I do?
From thorough experimentation, we found the most important key for long term laminate quality is, after washing let the stickers dry thoroughly before handling again. When the stickers are exposed to water, their edges becomes pliable. So after washing, the top layer of the lamination may slip off even under a gentle touch (this is especially true for new labels — the adhesive properties strengthen over time).
So:
(1) Please allow at least 1 hour for your stickers to dry after washing. The adhesive properties should recover completely. The longer you can leave the stickers alone, the better.
(2) If you absolutely can not resist touching the stickers, firmly but gently press with a paper towel to help squeeze out the water.
Can you make name labels using non-English language letters?
Most of the fonts used in my designs do support other languages or I can usually find a similar font that will support your language. Feel free to send me a message if you want to double check to see if your language is supported in the style you want.
My order arrived later than what the website said
The estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed date. It's an estimate so you have an idea of when it should arrive, but there are many different reasons for the mail to be delayed.
-We CAN guarantee: We will ship your order on time. Find your shipping date in your email (order confirmation) OR under your purchases in your account.
-We CAN NOT guarantee: When your item will arrive.This depends on the postal service and it's completely out of our control. We don't offer refunds for delayed deliveries.
