Production time varies between different products. Just remember production time does NOT include shipping time.
We ship most orders via USPS. You can choose different USPS shipping options at checkout and we will ship your package via whichever method you choose.

Due to customized work and made to order items, we do not accept refunds / exchange unless the item is defective. Should there be any defects for any reason, please send us a photo of the item via Etsy Convo.

Can I RUSH my Order?
My usually production time can take up to 2 weeks (for most items). If you need your order processed in 3-4 business days, please purchase this BUMP-ME listing along with your order

I can only rush your order with my production time. Shipping is not within my control and you can choose faster shipping options at the checkout screen.
Message me if you need your order delivered in less than a week.
What are my shipping options?
For most items, you can choose different shipping options at the checkout screen. The default shipping is First Class which is the cheapest option with tracking.
If no unexpected delay, these are the average shipping time for contiguous USA with the following shipping options:
First Class transit time averages anywhere between 3-10 days
Priority Mail transit time is about 3 days
Priority Express Mail transit time is about 2 days
International transit time is unpredictable. You should always place your order 6 weeks in advance of your 'need by' date.
These are guidelines from MY understanding of USPS shipping options. I do NOT guarantee SHIPPING time frame as it is not within my control.

What happens if my order was made incorrectly?
Please keep calm and send me a polite convo explaining the problem. Attach a picture to show what was incorrect will help me see what needs to be fixed. A correct one will be made with priority and sent out to you.
