If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please message us within 14 days with photos and we will take care of it.

You can request changes or cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, production may begin and we cannot guarantee changes.
❓ Why does my design feel different from vinyl prints?
We use DTG (Direct to Garment) printing — the latest technology in custom apparel. Unlike vinyl, decal, or screen printing, the design is printed directly into the fabric, resulting in clean, vibrant, and long-lasting results.
With DTG, all colors are printed simultaneously in a single pass. This sets it apart from heat press vinyl printing, where individual colors and design elements must be aligned by hand.
To keep your print looking its best, please follow these guidelines:
> Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle
> Use mild detergent and wash with similar colors
> Tumble dry on low heat, or hang dry
> Do not bleach or use fabric softeners
> Do not iron directly on the design
> Do not dry clean
