It was done exactly how I asked, it is absolutely beautiful; and if you like dainty necklaces this is perfect for you or a gift to a friend or loved one and it was shipped to me with in very timely manner! It took no more than a few days at the most, it’s very good quality and you’ll get many compliments as I have and I will definitely be buying more in the future from the shop. 5 out of 5 starsVery helpful customer service and this item works as described, wearing it currently with my necklaces. I’ll note one of the clasps on my necklaces had trouble fitting onto the thicker metal hoop to attach but I jimmied it on, and the others were all easy.

What are the return conditions?
Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. If the purchased item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for the loss of value.
How should you look after your silver jewelry?
Sterling silver tarnishes when exposed to sea air and sulfur-containing items, such as rubber bands and certain papers. However, silver that is worn frequently requires less maintenance, hence SoGoodJewelryDesign highly advises you to wear your silver every day.
Rub the silver multiple times with a soft cloth and a little silver jewelry cleaner. The silver should then be properly rinsed in warm water and gently dried. This will remove the tarnish and dullness, restoring the luster of your sterling silver. Please keep in mind that chlorine and bleach hasten tarnishing and should be avoided.
Take precautions to protect your jewelry from hard surfaces and prevent contact with abrasive surfaces.
How to clean sterling silver gemstone rings?
Two bowls of warm water are required. Pour some dish soap into one of the bowls. Again, the quantity will depend on how much jewelry you intend to clean, but don't get too caught up in the amount of soap or water to use. Your sole purpose is to make the water somewhat soapy so that it will aid in the cleaning of your rings.
Scrub your sterling silver ring, gemstone and all, using a toothbrush dipped in soapy water. Check for any dirt or lotion that has accumulated behind the gem or along its edges.
When you're through cleaning, rinse the ring in another basin of warm water. Then pat it dry with a towel.
