Please convo me concerning any requests for customisation of items prior to paying and I will be able to give you an accurate quote for the cost. Payment for custom orders is requested in full prior to your item being commenced.

If you have ordered and paid for an item but changed your mind before it has been shipped, I'm happy to refund the price of both the item and the postage.

If you change your mind after ordering and paying for an item after it has been shipped I will refund the cost of the item minus postage once you have returned it to me at your own expense.

Any taxes/custom charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

UK DELIVERIES - I will ship to the UK by first class post within 3 working days after receiving payment. This service is not tracked to keep costs down but I will always ask the Post Office for proof of postage. If you wish to upgrade to a 'tracked and signed' or 'priority next day delivery' service, please convo me directly for a quote before completing your sale so that I can upgrade the postage costs on the listing. Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for lost or broken items once in the hands of the Royal Mail but I will certainly claim for compensation if appropriate and will issue a refund if my claim is successful.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES - I will ship by international airmail and proof of postage will always be requested but unfortunately, this service is not trackable nor is it insured and I cannot be held responsible for any loss in transit. If you wish a track able service for added peace of mind, particularly for higher cost items, please convo me directly for a quote before completing the sale so that I can revise the postage cost on the listing. I will always describe items as 'Handmade' on the customs declaration but the cost of any additional taxes or customs charges, once it has been posted, is the responsibility of the buyer.
Priority overseas shipping is unavailable due to astronomical costs, with no guarantee that delivery would be quicker than the normal airmail service that I use.
Unfortunately I do not ship to Germany as I am unable to comply with the German Packaging Act 2019.

It is the full responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their shipping address is correct as I will ship to the registered address given to me by Etsy unless otherwise stated & agreed prior to completing a sale. I cannot be held responsible for failed delivery when a wrong address has been given to me by the buyer or Etsy.

If you are purchasing multiple items, I'm happy to give combined postage but please convo me prior to completing the sale and I can send you a custom listing with the revised postage costs.

If there is going to be any delay on my part in completing an order in the time agreed on the listing, I will contact the buyer by email and give them the option to wait or cancel the order.

All transactions are subject to UK law.

If the buyer chooses to send a photo of their purchase to me through Etsy or by email, I will assume that they are allowing me to use this picture in promotional material of my choice (e.g. Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook) unless they explicitly state to the contrary. If any pictures contain people, if I use them for promotional purposes, I will crop individuals' faces from the photo unless the buyer specifically allows me to use them intact.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. I will never receive your bank account or credit card details as Etsy checkout and PayPal (who process your payments for me) do not divulge this information to me. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order for example), if you contact me directly.
