The delivery was longer than expected, item received 2 weeks after purchase, while it is advertised as shipped within 3 to 5 days. The tracking of the order would benefit from being improved: I have never received an email informing me that the article had been sent, as it is customary to do on this site. In addition, after about ten days, worrying about not receiving my order (nor this famous email!), I sent a message to the saleswoman and I never got an answer. I still put 4 stars since I have absolutely nothing to reproach the article itself. The mug is as described: very pretty and quality. The packaging is both robust to protect the mug during transport and neat to be able to offer it as is without adding gift paper, which is appreciable.
