Both. Some items are kept in stock and ready to ship, while others are made or customized based on your order. Each listing includes estimated processing times so you know what to expect.
How long will my order take to ship?
Processing times vary depending on the item and whether it’s personalized. Ready-to-ship items usually go out quickly, while custom orders may take a little longer. Estimated timing is always listed on each product page.
Can I request changes to a custom order after placing it?

How is my personal or custom information handled?
