What kind of sticker paper do you use?

The finish of our paper is a beautiful premium matte. Glossy may be available from time to time, however, it is not a permanent option in our shop simply because our customers have expressed they prefer matte. If you prefer glossy, please message us to see whether or not we have glossy available for your sticker selections.

Custom Orders

Minimum Order for Custom Orders:
We have a minimum $20 (non refundable) fee for all Custom Orders. This means you will pay $20 for the time involved in creating your Custom Order and you will receive two (2) sheets of your design. Sheets measure approx. 4.5" tall by 7" wide (may increase or decrease slightly depending on your designs). This also includes 1 draft of your design which will allow you the opportunity to make two (2) changes to the draft (each additional change you make will be $1 per change). Once we have made your changes, your design will be considered finalized and it will go into production. You will receive a photo of your finished sticker sheets.

Do you make and sell anything else other than stickers?

Yes! This is our second Etsy shop. Our original shop is called FL Southern Jewels. We make and sell decals, photo pillows, party tumblers and much more. Contact us if you want to create something one of a kind. We are always open to new projects if we are able to do them.

Do you do hand deliveries?

Yes! If you are in the following areas then we would love to meet you and hand deliver your orders. We do not charge for hand delivery at this time so take advantage of this option if you live near us.

I have a planner not listed in your shop and I need different sizes. Do you adjust your sizes?

Of course! Our only requirement for adjusting sizes is YOU provide the exact size needed. We will not Google sizes for different planners simply because it is not reliable for us to do so. All we ask is you send us your measurements (in decimal format... ie. 1.5" or 1.77", etc.) and let us know which designs you want changed to fit your planner.

Shipping for International Orders...

All our International orders will be sent with USPS postage stamps unless requested otherwise. This keeps costs low for the buyer and seller. If you wish to select a different shipping method then please contact us and we will provide you with the shipping quote based on your location.
