CHRISTMAS SHIPPING NOTICE! Due to the virus and other post office delays at this time, the shop is not responsible for missing or lost packages. Orders that take more than 3 weeks to arrive post shipping will be eligible for shop credit only. Once a tracking number is given and notice that it’s reached the post office, it is out of my control unfortunately. If you’d like me to check the status of your order please email me! Orders after December 11th can not be guaranteed for before-Christmas delivery.

NOTE: Current processing time for orders runs around 3-6 business days (weekends do not count) from placing the order to me getting to filling it and shipping out. Please message me with any concerns or if you need shipping by a certain date.

Wrong address? No problem! I will happily change your shipping address up until the day of shipping. Once the label is printed however, any incorrect mailing address will require a new purchase of the items. If the order is returned due to incorrect address, I'd be happy to send it back out, but it will require the purchase of a new shipping label with the correct address. Any missing package will require the purchaser to file a missing package claim with the post office and repurchasing the items. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to ask!

Shipping runs five days a week through the post office so make sure to order accordingly! If you need an expedited order please message me before ordering! NOTE: On all scrunchie orders - batch shipping orders do happen, so at times shipping may take 1-2 additional business days to ship once the label is printed. I work hard to turn your orders around the same week! Message me for any questions or concerns!
