5 out of 5 starsI LOVE THIS BED FRAME!!!! My only issue was that it fit very very snug over my frame and it did tear the inside of the frame when pulling it over the corner :( only suggestion is to put some kind of padding over the metal frame corners to prevent it from tearing

But I got it within 8 business days after ordering it. Heidi responds to my concern at a timely manner, I swear the best customer service I encountered. I received 2 boxes and it was well packaged. Ultra frame has weight to it and good quality. Despite the expensive shipping to Hawai’i, I’m in love with this product overall. Highly highly recommend.

What do I need to use a SoftFrame® bed frame?
1) A BOX-SPRING - standard 8 to 9 inches tall (required and not included)
2) A MATTRESS (required and not included)
SoftFrame® bed frame is designed to perfectly install over and around a standard 8" - 9" tall box-spring. The box-spring supports the mattress and provides the rigid structure all around the sides to create a super comfy and stable modern platform bed.
Amazon delivers box-springs quickly (search: "9 inch tall high profile box-spring"), or they are easily found at your local mattress store.
Do I need a box-spring?
Yes.
SoftFrame® Designs has a minimalist "Frame-Over-Box-Spring" design and perfectly installs over and around a standard 8” to 9” inch-tall box-spring (not included).
Note:
If you plan on lifting the bed with a standard metal bed frame for a FLOATING look, the box-spring height may vary from 5" to 9" inches-tall as shown on select listings.

What if I only have a mattress with no box-spring?
If you need a box-spring, Amazon delivers box-springs for approximately $100 (search: "9 inch tall high profile box-spring"), or they are easily found at your local mattress store.
Can I use the bed frame on the floor?
Yes.
Most of the shop images show the SoftFrame® bed frame placed on the floor.
The ULTRA frame requires a standard 5 to 9 inch-tall box-spring.
The LUNA and CLASSIC SoftFrame bed frame require a standard 7 to 9 inch-tall box-spring.
Can I raise it off the floor ?
Yes. The LUNA and CLASSIC SoftFrame bed frames can be lifted or raised to create a 'floating platform' look by using an optional standard metal bed-frame (not included).
Note:
Box-spring height may vary from 5" to 9" inches-tall if you plan to raise or lift your bed with a standard metal bed-frame (not included).
What are the care and cleaining instructions?
Care Instructions:
- Vacuum or use a soft brush to dust as needed.
- Spot clean only. Blot spills or mishaps with a mild soap and a damp, clean cloth. Do not remove the fabric cover.
- Be sure to spot test any cleaning product in a small, inconspicuous place before applying.
- Let the area air dry.
- May also be steam cleaned.
Can I use a headboard?
Yes.
The SoftFrame® bed frame can be used with a stand-alone headboard or with a headboard that attaches to a standard metal bed-frame.
We also offer super cushioned headboards designed to work seamlessly with your SoftFrame® bed frame.
How is it installed?
SoftFrame® bed frame arrives assembled and ready to use and takes just minutes to install.
Once you receive your order, please unpack the item(s) immediately! They should not be left in their original packaging for more than 7 days to reduce fabric stretching and creases.
1) Remove the mattress
2) Install the SoftFrame® bed frame OVER AND AROUND the box-spring
3) Put the mattress back on

How long does it take to make and ship an order?
Orders ship in approximately 1 - 3 weeks once ordered + ground shipping time from Los Angeles, California.
All order are sent with tracking via FedEx or USPS in which verification of delivery is recorded. Kindly note that we are not liable should your item(s) be stolen from your listed address once delivered. If your address is not secure, we recommend providing a more secure delivery location or requesting a Signature Service at the time of order. If the package is returned to us because a signature was not available, then the buyer would be responsible for return to sender shipping cost. Please reach out with any other questions regarding Signature Service.
