Wholesale availability
We are open to wholesale collaboration and ready to produce cushions in large quantities. Our production allows us to sew cushions in the volume you need without compromising on quality, while maintaining a personalized approach to each order. For wholesale orders, we offer more favorable pricing.

How long does it take to receive a response to my message?
Please note that response times may vary due to time zone differences between countries. We strive to reply on the same day or the following day, depending on when the message is received.
During business hours, we aim to respond immediately or within a few hours.
If you contact us on weekends, we will still respond the same day, although it may take a bit longer.
Return and exchange rules
All orders can be returned or exchanged only if the wrong item was sent or if a mistake was made by the seller. An exchange or return is possible only after we receive the original item in good condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We would also like to note that international shipping is significantly more expensive than domestic shipping within Ukraine
Tax (VAT) and customs duties

If you’re in the USA, you won’t have to pay any additional fees upon delivery. We cover the customs duties when we ship your package.
✅ For Australia
If you're in Australia, you don’t need to worry about taxes or customs duties if your order total is under AUD 1,000.
✅ For UK
If you're in the UK, it's a good idea to keep your order under 150 EUR. Etsy will handle VAT and you won’t have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
❗️For Canada
If you're in the Canada, upon arrival of your package, you may need to pay the applicable sales tax based on your province, any customs duties (if they apply to this type of product), and the Canada Post customs clearance fee of CAD 9.95.
