No, we do not accept returns or exchanges for our products. Since our mockups are digital files that are available for instant download, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you in resolving any problems.

Our mockups are 4096x4096 pixels. This resolution ensures that your images are clear and the perfect size for showcasing your products online. Whether you're using them for social media, your website, or product listings, our mockups will look stunning in any context.

Our mockups are an "instant digital download" product.

Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive an email from Etsy with a link to download your files. You can also find your downloads in your Etsy account under 'Purchases and Reviews.'

Simply click on the download link, and a PDF will be saved directly to your computer or device. Open the PDF and follow the instructions to access your mockups.

Our mockup products are suitable for both personal and commercial use. You can utilise them to showcase your work on websites, online shops, social media, and other business platforms. However, these usage rights are exclusive to you as the original purchaser.

You are not permitted to redistribute, resell, or share the digital files with third parties. Making modifications to the files for your specific needs is allowed, but any redistribution or resale of modified versions is prohibited. Sol Studio Mockups retains full ownership and copyright of all digital files sold.

Whilst we endeavour to provide high-quality products, we are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from their use or misuse.

Once purchased, you’ll receive a PDF to download, which contains links to access your file in two formats: a JPG file and an online Canva document.

To edit the images, you can do so directly in Canva by dragging your own design onto the mockup image(s). Alternatively, you can upload the JPG directly into photo editing software such as Photoshop or Photopea. Please note, these mockups DO NOT contain Smart Objects. Editing requires a level of proficiency in the photo editing software you choose.

To add your own design onto the mockup image, drag and drop your design in the Canva document provided.

Alternatively, you may prefer to import the JPG file into photoshop, or other similar programs. These software tools allow you to overlay your design onto the mockup image. This is not a service we provide. If you'd like to use other image editing software, but are unfamiliar with how to do it, there are plenty of online tutorials and resources available to help you learn. Many platforms, such as Youtube and TikTok, offer free tutorials, guides, and step-by-step instructions for beginners. With a bit of practice and guidance, you'll soon be able to confidently add your designs to mockup images.
