Is it possible to send multiple items together to save money?
If multiple goods need to be shipped, we can usually fit them all in one box, lowering the overall shipping cost. Before making a purchase, please get in touch with us and let us know where you are and how many of each item you are interested in there are.
It's important to remember to add any shipping options, such as size, lamp kit type, etc., in your letter because they affect the total weight.
How long does it take for items to be shipped? Is it possible to have an order shipped out more quickly?
Standard Air Mail, our default shipping category, typically takes between 10 and 25 days to arrive worldwide, though this varies widely by location.
Express Shipping (through DHL, FedEx, or another courier service) has a 3–10 day estimated delivery time.
Do you provide tracking numbers? Am I able to check the status of my order?
Each and every one of our packages can be tracked because we ship everything registered.
When your Etsy order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number attached. A tracking link will be included in an email, which you can use to follow the progress of your shipment. If there is little or no tracking information on that page, you can copy the number and put it into http://www.17track.net.
Orders placed from some countries can be followed in real time as they travel from our facility to yours. The tracking information is usually only available up to the point that the package leaves Thailand, making it impossible to follow it to its final destination in countries like Canada and Australia.
