This was an important gift for me, and I honestly couldn’t have been happier with it. Just as noteworthy was the communication and service, which was exceptional. At my request, mid-purchase, the seller went out of their way to reroute the delivery through another courier offering the fastest express service available to meet an extremely tight deadline — at no additional cost to me. The seller offers genuinely gorgeous jewellery, but the level of care and willingness to go above and beyond is something I need to mention. I’m incredibly happy with both the piece and the service I received, and would happily recommend this seller to anyone looking to purchase.

1 out of 5 starsI was very disappointed with my experience. The pendant fell off my necklace on the very first day I wore it. The seller claimed this was "physically impossible" unless it had been caught on a sweater or jacket, but it was summer and I wasn't wearing either. The seller offered to remake the pendant at a 50% discount, which I accepted. Unfortunately, after accepting the offer and even sending a follow-up message, I received no response at all. The lack of communication and customer service has been very disappointing. I expected much better support, especially after purchasing a solid gold personalized piece. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller.
