1 out of 5 starsI received the wrong necklace and was not as advertised. The chain was cheaper looking and did not have the same design. I messaged the seller who informed me they sent the wrong item to me. I asked for a prepaid shipping label so I could return the item for a refund (since it’s a gift and now too late to give) and the seller told me I would be responsible for paying for the return & that it’s on me… even though he said HE shipped me the wrong item. Not even an apology was given. Very unhappy, would not recommend purchasing from this company. Poor customer service, no accountability, and false advertisement.
