I requested that hopefully it will arrive on time and they were able to make sure it was priority and I am shocked how fast it arrived. My gift will be ready in time for my wife. Thank you so much. Can I return a custom/personalized order?
We do not accept returns on custom and personalized orders.
Will I have to pay anything extra for my order?
If you are located outside of Europe there may be additional importation taxes that you will have to pay in order to receive your parcel.
Etsy notifies it’s customers in the checkout but we feel obligated to also mention it, to avoid dissatisfaction.
Do you provide certification?
Yes, we can provide a certification of authenticity if requested.
However, your jewelry will also me stamped with its material code for certification.
Do you provide gift-wrap?
Your order will be packaged in our jewelry box along with a “THANK YOU” card.
If you would like an extra bag to go with your jewelry box, please select the gift-wrap option at the checkout with a small additional charge.
How can I return my order?
If you order is not custom or personalized, please contact us and we will provide our instructions.
Kindly understand that if you would like to return your order, you will also have to cover the shipping costs.
