Can I customise an order?
We can sometimes customise product dimensions - please do get in touch with any queries! Our available filament colours can be found on each product listing; if you're after a specific colour not listed, just drop us a message and we may be able to source it for you if you don't mind a slightly longer wait.
How will my order be packaged?
All our packaging is reused and recycled wherever possible; we can't promise the packaging will always look super pretty, but we're doing our bit for the environment! If your order is a gift, please send us a message and we will do our best to use a new box.
Do your pots leak?
This was our experience with some other 3D printed pots out there, which is why we always use custom acrylic or glass liners. No more dreaded water rings on your lovely wooden coffee table!
Can you give me advice on semi-hydroponics? I've never grown plants in LECA before.
This time last year, neither had we! The Leca Queen on YouTube is a fab source of info if you're brand new to this. What works for one plant might not work for another, so research is key.
Can you tell the pots are 3D printed?
We started printing these pots for ourselves, and our plant friends who came to visit our house kept asking 'where can we get one from?', hence Solvi was born! Our products are printed on industrial grade printers and in excellent quality filaments, and although 3D printed items can contain slight imperfections, we're sure you (and your plant babies) will be pleased as Pothos with your purchase.
