Once your payment has completed your files are ready to download instantly!
You will automatically receive a link to download your files with all 5 size ratios. You can also access your downloads anytime by going to your Etsy Profile > Purchases.

Please note you cannot download via the Etsy App, it must be via the website only

If you checked out as a guest, you'll receive an email from Etsy containing your download links. If Etsy recognises that you have an account that you weren't signed into, in the email it will ask you if you want to 'connect your order to your account' with a sign in button below - follow this

If you have any problems finding or downloading your print files, please drop me a message and I will help as soon as I can.

As stated in my listing descriptions for personalised designs, these may take up to 2 business days, not including weekends as for me weekends are for family time :) Occasionally I will be away on holiday or there may be a public holiday that may slightly delay the completion of your order.

If you have not included sizing information in the personalisation box, this may delay your order whilst I chase this up with you or result in your order being cancelled if I don't hear back from you. If you have forgotten to include this info, just drop me a message with the size.

For seamless pattern/digital paper designs:
12x12 inch files saved in jpeg format, high resolution at 300dpi

For all artwork/poster designs, you will receive 5 different files:
2:3 Ratio
3:4 Ratio
4:5 Ratio
11:14 Ratio
ISO Paper Sizes/5:7 Ratio
Jpeg format & high resolution at 300dpi

For personalised orders, I require the size you are planning to print your personalised design at as I will make the file to the exact proportions you need.

I can make the files any size you require. Just add a note at the checkout stating the size you need and your email address and I will prepare this and send the file to you separately.

I would suggest using a thick cardstock paper with either a matte or satin finish, anything over 170gsm for the best results.

- Instantly at home if you have your own printer

- An online printing service such as Snapfish, Photobox, Printed.com etc

- An in-store printing service such as Walgreens, Staples, Boots, Kmart etc

No. It is clearly stated all throughout my shop and listing descriptions that all of my designs are available as digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped to you.

As per Etsy's policy regarding digital download orders, due to the nature of the products, refunds are not accepted if the files have been downloaded.
All throughout my shop, everywhere possible, it is stated that the artwork is for digital download only and that no physical items will be shipped. Please be sure to read every item description before making your purchase.

This may confuse the system slightly depending on your chosen privacy settings. If you can't find the email because you have been assigned a private relay email by Apple, please try logging into the Etsy website (not app) using the same device you ordered from, then either try using your Apple ID/FaceID to log in OR the private relay address assigned to you (this is made up of a random selection of letters and numbers followed by @privaterelay.appleid.com eg. - l7h9btwfnb@privaterelay.appleid.com) with your normal password and you should then be able to find your order under your purchases section with a download files button next to it
