✨ Our Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Every piece in our shop is made-to-order with care, created just for you from the moment you place your order. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If your item arrives damaged or isn’t made as expected, please reach out — we’ll gladly make it right.
⏳ When Will My Order Arrive?
Your order will typically be crafted and ready to ship within 3–7 days. Shipping times vary depending on location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–4 business days once shipped.
📦 Missing Package?
Before contacting us, please:
• Double-check your shipping confirmation for any address details
• Ask your local post office if they’re holding your package
• Check with neighbors in case your parcel was left nearby
If your address was correct and your package still can’t be found, send us a message and we’ll help however we can. If the address on your order was incorrect, we can arrange a replacement, but the cost of the order and shipping will be your responsibility.
💔 Received the Wrong or a Damaged Item?
We’re truly sorry if your order didn’t arrive as it should. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package and include:
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• Your order number
• Any details that might help us
