If you've ordered an invitation or a thank you card, your order will be processed within 1 Business Day or less during the week. Please note the store is closed on the weekends so if you order on Friday, you can expect your order to arrive in your email on Monday. If you've ordered a custom item, it generally takes me a little longer depending on the changes you've requested, but should take no longer than 2 business days to process once payment has been received.

Absolutely! If you're planning a joint party and you'd like to include two names, just send me the information when you purchase. Please keep in mind, I might have to adjust some things in order to accommodate your request, but I promise to keep everything as close to the original design as I can. :)

Sure thing! I'm happy to personalize any of my items for you, but I do charge an additional fee. (Sorry!) Please message me first before you purchase since I will have to create a custom order for you. I'm happy to add any copy you would like as well as color and size.

If the item is labeled as an "Instant Download," you will receive the files as soon as you purchase. The instant download label is located in the top left of the image listing. I also make sure to note these types of files in the listing description. If you need a custom order or invitation same day, message me and I can try to arrange a rush order for you if I have time to squeeze it in. :)

Unfortunately, I don't provide printing services at this time. However, I'm always happy to recommend places or to offer tips on paper and templates so please don't hesitate to message me!

If your invitation is a chalkboard style, glossy or photo paper tends to look the best and brings the colors out nicely. If you prefer a matte look, look for a bright white cardstock.

No, the products I have are not set to a specific template. There are so many to choose from, that I thought it best to keep it simple. For all my cupcake toppers and labels, I recommend a full page sticker paper. If you haven't used this stuff, go try it. You can turn anything you print into a sticker!
