I ship items by Royal Mail 2nd class or International Standard post. I usually mail out orders within 2-3 working days of payment receipt, though at busy times it may take a little longer (you'll find a note here when I need more time to process orders). Some of my items, such as custom made items and made to order items have a longer processing time, please see item descriptions.

I will contact you to let you know the item has been shipped.

I charge shipping based on the weight of your heaviest item. Additional items are sent at no additional charge.

Note that the buyer is responsible for any customs fees/taxes.

Royal Mail estimated shipping times are:

United Kingdom: 3 working days
European Union: 3-5 working days
USA: 6-7 working days**

**Please note that parcels do occasionally get delayed. I've found that UK parcels sometimes arrive a day or two late, and that parcels to the US sometimes take up to 10 working days to arrive, especially during busy times. If your parcel does not arrive on time please contact me.

Royal Mail standard postage does not include tracking. I can send items tracked for an additional cost, just choose the alternative delivery option. Please choose this option if you need confirmation that a parcel has arrived or need to be able to keep track of exactly when it will arrive.
