What is your current turnaround time?
We are currently approaching our busy season, and it takes anywhere from 2-5 business days to make orders after you place them. After that, transit normally takes 3-5 business days (Standard) and 1-2 business days (Express)
I have a problem with my order. How can we fix it?
We are happy to assist in any way we can. Send us a message with the following information so we can assist you as quickly as possible!
- order number
- an image of the problem
- a brief explanation detailing the problem
Once I receive your message, we will check to make sure you received the correct order. Or in cases where your package is lost, we will check with the shipping providers on your behalf. If the mistake was our fault we will proceed with the best solution for the situation.
If the mistake was made on the customer's behalf, we can still provide you with the corrected items. However, the customer is to pay full price for the corrected items including shipping.
Do you offer shipping upgrades?
If your event is within two weeks, it is best to pay for express shipping (1-2 business days) when placing your order. However, paying for express shipping does not guarantee your order will ship faster than anyone else's.
We do work very hard and quickly to process all orders within 2-5 business days.
It will still take us 2-5 business days to make your order, but it will only take 1-2 business days for transit.
It is always best to send us a message first, to make sure we can get your order to you on time.
