5 out of 5 starsIt's super pretty and good quality too :) The shipping time and cost were pretty reasonable for an overseas order, and the pink packaging was so cute. Would definitely purchase a phone case from here again if needed!

My order has not arrived?
To guarantee your order arrives please make sure you upgrade your order to include tracked shipping. The same shipping timescales still apply as standard post however tracked mail comes with added protection.
Unfortunately if you choose to purchase without tracking I cannot be help responsible for lost orders.
Can you made a custom design stickers?
Yes of course! Send me a message and I'll see what can I do! I am also very happy for you to make requests for general ideas that could be added to the shop.
Return, Refunds & (Phone Cases and Airpods Cases)
Returns & exchanges accepted within 14 days. The item can be used and returned after. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

As each item is printed and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges . However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know immediately by contacting me via Etsy messages.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me via Etsy messages with photos of wrong/damaged items and I’ll resolve it for you as soon as possible.
