1 out of 5 starsUnfortunately my order arrived damaged. The envelope was folded during transport. The packaging is incorrect, I would have liked the presence of additional protection to preserve the print. It was not possible to complete the form with the refund request.

Bonjour Nicola, Je suis désolés que votre commande ai été endommagée. Comme je vous ai dit par message, je ne peux pas être responsable des dommages causés par le postier. Les illustrations sont envoyées dans des enveloppes rigides à dos cartonné pour les conserver bien à plat. Je ne vois pas quelle protection supplémentaire je puisse apporter. Vous êtes le premier avis négatif depuis l'ouverture de la boutique en 2016.
