Hi! I’m Heather, a licensed social worker, mother of 4, and a free lance artist. Sorta Simple Life was born from my passion for those 3 things. I work hard to design and create digital downloads that address mental health and a simple family life together. My goal is to promote overall family well-being.

In my experience as a mother of 4, I know how important it is to simplify the way we live in our home both to create the space and atmosphere for family-bonding and to decrease the chaos and busyness that often amplify anxiety for both parents and kids. I hope you can use my products to grow closer with your family while maintaining a more peaceful home.
