Care instructions
⋒Shirts and Sweatshirts⋒
• Turn inside out before washing and drying
• Machine wash cold with like colors (preferably gentle cycle)
• Tumble dry low or let air dry
• Do not use fabric softeners or bleach
• Do not dry clean
• Avoid ironing directly on the design
⋒Mugs⋒
• Clean in dishwasher or wash by hand with warm water and dish soap
⋒Totes⋒
• Remove all items from the bag before cleaning. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or a soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.
Shipping Issues
Once an item's tracking number appears as delivered, we have fulfilled our order. If an item shows delivered and you didn't receive it, please contact your local postal service (USPS) for information regarding your item's locate or to file a claim. We also suggest waiting a few days after it shows delivered or reaching out to neighbors.
We cannot be held responsible for addresses that are given to use incorrectly and we don't refund for items that are returned to sender. We do, however, offer to reship the item at the customer's expense for shipping costs.
If an item is lost in transit, we do replace the items for our customers. An item is NOT considered lost in transit until at least 10 business days has passed with no movement

⋒ If you are not sure what size to order, you can measure a shirt or sweatshirt you already own to see what size would fit you best. Our shirts and sweatshirts are measured by laying on a flat surface, and measuring side to side under armpits.
⋒ Shirts and sweatshirts are pre-shrunk but may shrink slightly after washing
⋒ We do not issue refunds or process returns resulting from order the incorrect size, so please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
Design Scaling
⋒Shirts & Sweatshirts⋒
To achieve a consistent visual outcome across all garment sizes, we will automatically scale down the design for smaller apparel sizes; however, it will not be scaled up for sizes larger than size Large. The design is scaled down using the same aspect ration across all sizes.
All of our mockups display the scaling for size Large.
Refund/Exchanges, Order Cancellations & Defective Items
All of our products are custom made to order. Once an order is placed, we usually cannot cancel orders because the blank item is ordered right away from the manufacturer and sent into production. Because all items are made to order, we do not keep any inventory so therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item you are purchasing in order to get the correct size.
If there is a problem with product you received, please contact within 30 days of your order, letting us know of the issue and also include a photo of the entire product, showing us the issue.
