Custom and personalized orders

I do not accept returns on custom or personalized orders. All orders are made to order and personally handmade with the highest regard and detail. I want you to love your earrings so if there is a problem please reach out!

Care instructions

Brass and copper are metals that will darken over time. If you do not like the patina you can keep your earrings bright with a jewelry polishing cloth. You can purchase 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" yellow Sunshine® polishing cloths in my shop. Due to the nature of brass or copper that is vintage and/or recycled, spots can be on the surface adding to the uniqueness of each piece.

Shipping

Orders to Canada: Customers are responsible for all international duties, VAT, etc., upon arrival. Please check your local government agency for these costs. All orders to Canada ship Global Post with USPS. Expedited shipping is not available.

Handmade just for you! Earrings take 3-5 business days to make. Typically ready to ship in 1 week. If you did not receive a package that is marked delivered, you may need to file a claim with usps.com. Items ship first-class mail which allows for free shipping. If an expedited shipping method is needed, please message me through Etsy for a shipping cost estimate.
