5 out of 5 starsI have been very good about managing money as an adult because I made myself figure it out so my family wouldn't struggle because of me. But my relationship with money has been extremely challenging throughout my life. The range of emotions and thoughts that accompany financial decisions was exhausting. This workbook took that boulder out of my chest and I felt like I could breathe again. I still have work to do to fully resolve these issues, but now I understand them so much better, which has helped me to stand calmly in the space between present action and wounded past reaction. Instead of getting flooded with countless thoughts and emotions that have no foundation in the present, or even in reality, I am able to take a breath, allow myself to feel what comes, and let it go because it was never mine to begin with!

5 out of 5 starsThis is a valuable part of having adhd, the acceptance then you can work with it so recommend this for anyone newly diagnosed in particular but still really helpful to me. there's so much clique stuff out there for adhd that just doesn't work this helps you understand yourself and given how individual symptoms are that's important.
