Finding a Creative Outlet

I'm pelvic floor physical therapist specializing in all things women's health - so I love a good pelvic health joke. I love helping patients and clients live their best and healthiest life. I love working out, being outside, cooking, spending time with friends, and weightlifting. I'm a certified Kettlebell Instructor and mom of 2. I've always loved to design and paint and was looking for a creative outlet. I've been working on some creative and fun designs for you! My Etsy shop is a passion project so I hope you enjoy!
