I Returned an Item - Why Did I Not Receive My Entire Cost in the Refund?
If you purchase an item and decide, for whatever reason, that the piece does not work for you, we are happy to accept it as a return in its original condition. Upon receipt of the item, we will refund the price of the item; we do not refund the shipping. This is because, at the time of purchase, you paid us to have it shipped - then we paid USPS to have it shipped. That shipping money has now been spent. If we were to refund the price of the item as well as the shipping, we would be in the negative for the amount of shipping. This is confusing to many - hope this makes it a bit more clear!
Does Southern Clay Works Accept Returns?
We accept returns of non-customized, non-special order items. Client is responsible for return shipping. Refund is executed upon receipt of the item in its original condition.
