Frequently asked questions
Do your sizes run big or small?
Each listing has a size chart in the photos with measurements for each size. I suggest measuring a shirt that you have to compare measurements before choosing a size.
Do you send proofs?
Proofs are sent upon request only. If requested I will send up to 3 proofs. This can be 3 options to start with or 2 edits from your original proof. Additional proofs will incur an additional design fee of $5 for up to 3 more edits.
How long will it take to receive?
The processing time is 3-5 business days and standard shipping is estimated up to 5 business days. You should allow up to 2 weeks to receive your item. If you need something sooner, please contact me BEFORE purchasing to see if we can accommodate your time frame. A rush fee and/or upgraded shipping may be needed.
