Would have preferred if the stake was 1 piece not 2

The umbrella does not wrap around a branch as show in the photo. The vendor is helpful and caring when I noted the issue. The vendor provided a half refund since I couldn’t figure out how to get it on a branch. That being said, it’s a lovely item- suggest adding a chain or hook so you can put it on a branch. If you don’t want to hang it, it’s cute as is as a bird bath or feeder on the ground in a garden.

EDIT: the owner was very kind to resolve this by providing a full refund. The customer service experience from James was great. I am so disappointed. The item isn't even glass, it is made out of plastic. 100% false advertising and will never purchase from here again. I will be disputing the purchase through etsy.

I am so sorry to be so long getting this out for you, but this is an awesome seller who worked with me the whole way! Helpful to the max! I am so pleased with Audra and how she looks in her new pot on the porch. My neighbor even called to find out where I got her. I loved the service and care. I did have a bit of a problem getting her put together, but my helpful seller gave me ideas - and told me if none worked he would replace her! It turned out well and she is cozy in her pot, greeting anyone who comes on the porch. Thank you! I truly do love her ✨️❤️✨️

Didn't need customer service, though was contacted to make sure delivery was on time and item arrived undamaged. Colorful and fun whirl-a-gig! Looking forward to assembling!

1. Had to message the seller a week after ordering bc they hadn’t been shipped. 2. The page says they ship from Australia but actually ship from China 3. The paint job was so poorly done that I wouldn’t have bought them at all had they looked like this in the ad. The blue one was obviously red first (red faintly shows through paintbrush strokes) then just painted over with a thin layer of blue, none of the detailed paint is aligned with the etching, dots from the original paint show thru the blue. Now there’s nothing in this shop’s page at all. Hope we will be able to remedy this. If so, will update review.

Disappointed! Seller did reply to my query on non receipt fair enough .. said would check with team on two occasions bu so far nothing! I think a month is long enough! And now too late for refund!
