When will my order be made?
Most of the time the items are already in stock. We pre-stock several items and prepare for orders before they are made. However, in certain instances, the order must be made once its ordered. In that situation, the order is expected to be on a build-plate in 12-24 hours after order is placed.
Can you make personalized items?
We can! Our printers are always running so in the event of a personalized order, it might be necessary to delay our printing of stock items. A custom item would be assigned to a build-plate according to its availability.
Custom and personalized orders
We strive to ship orders out promptly. If the order is in stock, the order is normally shipped out on the following business day. In the event that the order is not in stock, the time can take between 5-7 business days to fabricate the item and process it for shipping. We do our absolute best to eliminate any possible delays in our shipping process.

Where are the items made?
ALL items are made in the USA. On certain items, like bottle openers and our metal products, raw materials are sourced from overseas with the finishing completed in our facility in Ascension Louisiana. We buy raw materials from U.S. providers where we can find them and can still remain competitive in pricing to the consumer.
