Hello! I am Jeri Anne, owner of Southern Natural LLC. I have had skin rashes off and on throughout my life. After I had my first child, I developed rashes on my hands and I struggled with that for approximately twelve years. I was very itchy and felt on edge most of the time. After many trips to the dermatologist and many topical steroids, I found only temporary relief. I was also cautioned against the repeated use of the steroids, as they can eventually make the problem worse.
I knew something adding to my skin irritation was the store-bought soap I was using, so I tried a so-called "natural" soap, which bothered my hands as well. I felt handicapped with my hands so rashy and in pain. It was hard to bathe myself, my children or to clean my house. Once again I went to the dermatologist again after suffering for 10 years. This time he recommended that I try an allergy pill and a medication to help with the itching. I don't like taking medicine unless I absolutely have to, but I decided I would rather take it than itch for the rest of my life. The allergy medicine helped tremendously with the itching. What a relief!
